These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of freelifelabs.com and any related checkout, account, wholesale, subscription, or customer-support services (together, the “Site”). Free Life Labs is a trade name of Pogue Medical Services, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Free Life Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell products to you.
By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they incorporate by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Subscription / Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after a posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms apply to all visitors and customers, including retail shoppers, Subscribe & Save customers, wholesale / clinic accounts, and anyone browsing the Site.
- Eligibility and accounts
By using the Site you represent that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow a minor dependent to use the Site under your supervision.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and keep your email, shipping, and billing details up to date so we can complete orders and contact you.
We may refuse service, close accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our discretion, including where an order appears to be placed by an unauthorized reseller or in violation of these Terms.
- Products, dietary supplements, and medical devices
We sell dietary supplements and, where identified on the product page, FDA-regulated topical products (including over-the-counter drugs and medical devices). Product pages, labels, cartons, and inserts control over marketing copy if there is a conflict.
Dietary supplements (including NerveReverse Neuropathy Support Formula, WoundWorx Surgery Supplement, and similar nutrition products) are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration unless a specific product page says otherwise.
Topical and device products (including NerveReverse Pain Cream, Derm 42, and WoundWorx Antibacterial Wound Gel) must be used only as directed on the product label. Follow the labeled indications, warnings, and directions. Do not use a product if you are allergic to any ingredient. Seek medical care for serious wounds, infection, or unexpected reactions.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a supplement or topical product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are preparing for or recovering from surgery. If you experience an adverse event, stop use and contact a healthcare professional, then notify us at support@freelifelabs.com.
We try to display product colors, images, and descriptions accurately. We cannot guarantee that your screen will show color exactly, and we do not warrant that any product will meet your particular expectations or produce any specific result.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales by person, household, or geography. Offers are void where prohibited. Prices may change without notice. If a listed price or description is obviously wrong, we may cancel or correct the order and notify you.
- Orders, payment, and pricing
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or limit any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors who are not approved wholesale accounts. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to contact you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.
You authorize us (and our payment processors, including Shopify Payments and other methods offered at checkout) to charge the payment method you provide for the order total, including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping. Retail and wholesale prices may differ. Logged-in wholesale customers see wholesale / case pricing; guests and retail customers see retail pricing. Promotions, first-case offers, Subscribe & Save discounts, and Life Rewards are subject to their posted rules and may be withdrawn or changed.
Title and risk of loss pass according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
- Subscribe & Save and other recurring purchases
Some products are offered with Subscribe & Save (auto-refill). When you choose a subscription, you authorize us and our subscription provider (currently Seal Subscriptions, operating on Shopify) to charge your stored payment method at the interval and price shown at checkout for each recurring shipment until you cancel.
You may cancel or change a subscription at any time as described in our Subscription / Cancellation Policy and in your order-confirmation or customer-account emails. Cancellation stops future shipments; charges already processed for a shipment that has been fulfilled or is in process are handled under our Refund Policy. We may skip, delay, or cancel a subscription shipment if a product is unavailable, a payment fails, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
Subscribe & Save is a retail offering. Business / B2B company accounts and wholesale accounts checkout as one-time purchases unless we expressly enable subscriptions for that account.
Shopify’s generic “pre-order” and “try before you buy” language in the cancellation policy applies only if we actually offer those purchase types. We do not currently sell try-before-you-buy items.
- Wholesale and clinic accounts
Wholesale / clinic purchasing is limited to customers we approve (typically tagged as wholesale on the store, such as healthcare providers and authorized resellers). Wholesale accounts may access case pricing, first-case trial pricing where offered, and marketing materials. Wholesale pricing, case packs, and first-case 50% offers apply only to eligible wholesale logins and only as displayed at the time of order.
Wholesale customers may resell or dispense products only in accordance with applicable law, product labeling, and any additional terms we provide. You may not advertise Free Life Labs products in a misleading way, alter labels, or make disease-treatment claims we do not make. We may suspend wholesale access, pricing, or accounts if these Terms or our wholesale rules are violated.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms govern wholesale purchases as well as retail purchases.
- Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping destinations, processing times, carrier estimates, and related rules are in our Shipping Policy. We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Customs, duties, and taxes on international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, as of the date of these Terms:
NerveReverse Neuropathy Support Capsules: a refund request requires at least 90 days of use, because the product is intended to be used over that period.
Other products: you may request a refund if you are not satisfied. Unopened, sealed product may be returned for a refund including shipping; opened product may be kept and refunded minus shipping, subject to the Refund Policy.
Start a return by emailing support@freelifelabs.com before sending anything. The return address is PO Box 742, Boerne, TX 78006.
If the Refund Policy and these Terms conflict on returns, the Refund Policy controls for return mechanics; these Terms control for everything else.
- Rewards, reviews, and user content
Life Rewards and similar loyalty programs are promotional, have no cash value except as stated in program rules, and may be changed or ended. Program details are described on the Site (including the Life Rewards page) and by our rewards provider.
If you submit reviews, comments, ideas, or other materials (“content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that content in connection with the Site and our products. You represent that your content is accurate, that you own or control the rights needed, and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights or any law. We may hide or remove content we consider unlawful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate. We are not obligated to keep submissions confidential or to pay for them.
Do not post medical claims we have not authorized, impersonate others, or submit malware, spam, or deceptive content.
- Intellectual property
The Site, including text, graphics, logos, product names, packaging designs, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. NerveReverse, Derm 42, WoundWorx, Peptalyn, Life Rewards, and Free Life Labs names and marks are our trademarks or trade names. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the Site or our marks without our written permission, except for limited personal use of pages you lawfully access.
- Acceptable use
You may not use the Site or our products for any illegal purpose. You must not transmit worms, viruses, or destructive code. You must not: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; (c) harass, abuse, or discriminate; (d) submit false or misleading information; (e) harvest personal information of others; (f) spam, phish, crawl, or scrape the Site in an abusive way; or (g) interfere with security or operation of the Site. A material breach may result in immediate termination of access and cancellation of pending benefits.
- Third-party tools and links
The Site may include third-party tools, payment, subscription, reviews, chat, analytics, and links we do not control (including Shopify, Seal Subscriptions, Smile.io / Life Rewards, Loox or other review widgets, and carriers). Those services are provided “as is.” Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party sites, content, or transactions.
You understand that content you submit (other than payment-card data) may travel unencrypted across networks and may be adapted for technical reasons. Payment-card data is encrypted in transit by our payment processors.
- Privacy
Personal information submitted through the store is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated on a product label or in a written warranty we provide, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that use of the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results from the Site or any product will be accurate or reliable.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit non-waivable consumer rights.
- Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free Life Labs, Pogue Medical Services, LLC, and our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or savings, arising out of the Site or any product, even if advised of the possibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.
Some states do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by our gross negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Free Life Labs, Pogue Medical Services, LLC, and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from claims, damages, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of law or third-party rights, including any unauthorized medical or disease claims you make about our products.
- Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and (to the extent applicable) United States federal law. Except where prohibited, you agree that courts located in Kendall County, Texas, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, are the exclusive venue for disputes that are not resolved informally. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights in your state or country of residence that these Terms cannot override.
- Termination, severability, and entire agreement
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. You may stop using the Site at any time. We may terminate access if you fail, or we reasonably suspect you have failed, to comply with these Terms. Obligations incurred before termination survive, including payment, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
These Terms, together with the policies linked above and any additional wholesale or promotion terms we present at purchase, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede prior discussions on that subject. We may correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, and omissions, and may cancel affected orders.
