Why we started
Free Life Labs began with our owner's father. He lived with neuropathy, and watching him struggle made the gap plain: the condition is common, exhausting, and poorly served. Too often people are told there is little to be done — then sent home while the numbness, burning, and tingling keep them off their feet.

The right form matters as much as the right dose
A nutrient your body cannot absorb or convert does little — no matter how much is on the label. Where a cheaper form exists, we choose the one that reaches the cell.
Folate
L-Methylfolate, not folic acid
Up to half the population carries the MTHFR variant and cannot convert folic acid into a usable form. We use folate already metabolized, so the variant is not a barrier.
B12 and B6
Methylcobalamin and P-5-P
Both are the active forms — ready to use, not waiting on conversion. Together with methylfolate they support B12 and folate levels and help lower homocysteine.

Benfotiamine over thiamine
Fat-soluble, so it crosses cell membranes directly and absorbs roughly five times better than standard thiamine. Levels stay higher between doses.
