2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
9. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
